We improve agency in Human Developers by teaching school counselors, educators, and leaders how to leverage the power of school counseling using various forms of data to define, manage, deliver, and assess a comprehensive school counseling program designed to improve outcomes for all K-12 students.

How do we do it?

Think DIF provides various professional services designed to inspire different thinking and actions for improved outcomes. We use evidence-based, culturally relevant practice models that emphasize diversity, inclusion, and fairness; This empowers us to connect Human Developers (i.e., counselors, educators, leaders, etc.) with transformational training and consultation to close opportunity gaps by enhancing the fit between individuals and their ecological systems. Who is Think DIF?

Led by President and CEO John O. Nwosu, Ed.S, LPC, John is a Georgia School Counselor of the Year (2022-23) who has trained hundreds of Human Developers across the nation in designing, implementing, evaluating, and improving school counseling programs. Think DIF, at its core, is an inspiration building company. The challenges that Human Developers face are increasingly complex. Operating effectively amidst the complexity means we must challenge individuals to develop essential awareness, knowledge, and skills while also challenging systems to cause less harm, especially to members of historically marginalized groups.
